The Dishwasher position at Emerald Queen Casino plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the casino's dining outlets. This full-time role ensures that all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils used throughout the various casino dining areas are cleaned promptly and hygienically. The dishwasher is essential to maintaining smooth kitchen operations and supporting the culinary team. This position offers competitive pay starting at $18.49 per hour, increasing to $19.09 per hour upon successful completion of a 90-day orientation period. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior kitchen experience preferred
- Able to work quickly and efficiently
- Willing to learn how to operate and maintain an automatic dishwasher
- Willing to learn sanitation policies and procedures
- Must have a valid Washington State food handler's card
- Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Mobility to climb stairs routinely
- Must tolerate a smoke-filled environment
- Must work all scheduled shifts including day, swing, graveyard, and holidays
- Must obtain Class III B license as required
- Pre-employment drug testing required
- Indian Preference in hiring applies
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Rinses and washes dishes using commercial dishwashers
- Stocks and straightens work area to maintain cleanliness
- Understands and follows department procedures and functions

- Performs additional duties assigned by the department manager
- Works efficiently to support kitchen operations
