At The Ritz-Carlton located at 1700 Tysons Blvd, McLean, Virginia, an exciting full-time opportunity exists for individuals to join as Utility Cleaners in a non-management capacity. The role is pivotal in supporting multiple departments within the hotel including kitchen, food and beverage, and laundry services. Utility Cleaners perform essential functions such as preparing clean linens and dishware, operating and maintaining cleaning tools and equipment like dishwashers, sinks, washers, and dryers, as well as transporting linens and dishes throughout the hotel. These associates play a vital role in ensuring a clean and safe environment that enhances the overall guest experience.
This position requires a proactive individual ready to engage in physically demanding tasks such as lifting, moving, pushing, and carrying objects up to 50 pounds, along with continuous mobility involving standing, sitting, walking, bending, twisting, stretching, and crouching. The successful candidate will contribute to creating a safe workplace by adhering to company policies, maintaining quality standards, upholding professional appearance and communication, developing positive working relationships with colleagues, and assisting the team in achieving shared goals.
