This role is for a Dishwasher/Utility team member at Red Lobster, a position vital to ensuring the smooth operation and cleanliness of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining all areas of the restaurant, especially the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishware, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Safe and proper operation of dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment is essential. Additionally, the Dishwasher/Utility staff will empty kitchen and other waste bins, support cooks with preparation tasks including making the signature Cheddar Bay Biscuits, and perform other duties as needed. This role requires a strong focus on teamwork and customer service, with every decision made with both the guest and the team in mind. Adherence to all cleaning and safety protocols is a must.

Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen utility roles beneficial
- ability to operate commercial dishwashing equipment

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all restaurant areas
- clean and sanitize all dishware, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
- operate dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly

- support cooks with prep work including making Cheddar Bay Biscuits and other tasks as needed
