The Dishwasher role at Rich Entertainment Group is vital to ensuring operational efficiency and cleanliness across multiple facets of the business. Reporting to the department supervisor, individuals in this role will be responsible for the thorough washing and proper storage of dishes, trays, utensils, cups, and small equipment, ensuring all items meet high sanitary standards before being returned to operational areas. This role includes precise maintenance and cleaning of dishwashing machinery, guaranteeing that equipment functions correctly and remains hygienic throughout the workday.

The Dishwasher will be tasked with setting up and breaking down dish machines, cleaning and polishing all components including arms, screens, and baskets, removing waste and debris, and conducting regular checks to monitor equipment temperature and condition. Attention to detail and adherence to health and safety regulations are mandatory to provide a safe and efficient kitchen environment. As part of a dynamic team servicing a variety of food and entertainment venues under REG’s umbrella, the dishwasher contributes directly to an exceptional customer experience by maintaining a clean and reliable dishroom operation.
