The Dishwasher position at P.F. Chang's plays a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant’s kitchen and dining areas. Dishwashers are responsible for washing and sanitizing all plate ware, drinkware, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment using industrial dishwashing machines. They also keep the dishroom and kitchen areas clean, organized, and well-maintained. In addition, Dishwashers support other kitchen staff by assisting with basic food preparation and unloading deliveries, especially during peak hours. This full-time or part-time position offers competitive pay ranging from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour, depending on experience. P.F. Job Duties

  • Operate an industrial dishwasher
  • wash dishes, sweep/mop floors, clean and maintain equipment
  • sanitize utensils and maintain all areas of the restaurant
  • maintain kitchen work areas, equipment or utensils in clean and orderly conditions
  • clean food preparation areas, facilities or equipment
  • execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
  • place clean dishes, utensils or cooking equipment in storage areas
  • empty and clean all trash receptacles
  • provide assistance to prep cook and other kitchen staff as needed
  • load or unload trucks that deliver or pick up food or supplies
  • perform opening, closing and side work
  • clean up spills or broken glassware immediately
