As an Applebee's Dishwasher / General Utility team member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and smooth operation of the back-of-house environment. This position ensures that dishes, kitchen tools, and cooking equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, supporting the entire kitchen team to deliver outstanding food quality and service to customers. Working in a fast-paced environment, exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with your team are essential to success. Although the work is physically demanding, including tasks like lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and handling cleaning supplies, it is rewarding and fun.
