Additionally, they must follow safety and sanitation protocols at all times and reliably complete assigned prep and beautification tasks during their shifts. The role is physical, requiring standing during the entire shift, lifting and carrying heavy items, frequent bending and stooping, and working in hot, damp conditions. Job Duties
- come to work promptly and regularly and be flexible in hours of employment
- provide guests and team members with clean sanitized and spot-free utensils plate-ware glassware and equipment
- set up dish machine in the am and close down the dish machine in the pm according to proper procedures
- maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine
- trouble-shoot dishwasher machine malfunctions
- wash plate-ware glassware silverware and pots pans and kitchen utensils adhering to sanitation and cleaning procedures
- keep the kitchen clean by sweeping and mopping floors and emptying trash
- clean and sanitize throughout the shift
- maintain clean and safe exterior of building
- complete assigned prep work and beautification duties
- perform shift change and/or opening or closing duties
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- assist other team members as needed or when business needs dictate
