Job Duties
- wash and sanitize all food service utensils
- wash glassware, plate ware, pots, and pans
- maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area
- support kitchen staff by ensuring timely availability of clean tools
- follow health and safety regulations
- assist with kitchen organization
- dispose of waste properly
