Job Requirements
- Availability to work AM/PM and weekend shifts, including some holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Load, run, and unload the dish machine
- Always maintain adequate levels of clean tableware
- Keep the dish machine clean and ensure the wash cycle is sanitary and effective
- Report any problems immediately
- Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
- Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
- Be available to work weekends, some holidays, and fill in as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operation
