The company operates several well-known dining establishments, specializing in casual dining with a focus on excellent service and delicious fare. They emphasize a culture of teamwork, continuous learning, and flexibility to accommodate the needs of both employees and customers. Full-time employment status is offered, and the salary is competitive within the hospitality sector, reflecting the important role dishwashers play in supporting smooth kitchen operations and maintaining health standards.
The Dishwasher role is essential within the culinary team, tasked primarily with maintaining the cleanliness and sanitization of all dishware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. Dishwashers employ both manual and commercial dishwashing equipment to achieve the highest hygiene standards in a timely and efficient manner. Beyond cleaning duties, this role supports kitchen operations by assisting with basic food preparation tasks and collaborating with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless workflow. The position requires physical stamina, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to food safety practices.
Dishwashers are also responsible for maintaining a clean and safe workspace by adhering to all health and safety guidelines, including proper use and handling of chemicals and equipment. Effective communication skills are needed to coordinate efforts with other team members and to promptly report any issues with machinery or work conditions. Flexibility is key since dishwashers may be asked to help with food plating, garnishing, and general cleaning outside their primary duties. The role often requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the demanding nature of the hospitality industry.
This opportunity welcomes individuals who are eager to learn and grow professionally within a dynamic restaurant environment. Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory, as training is provided for those who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. The company values team players who contribute positively to workplace culture and efficiently manage multiple tasks under pressure. The benefits package includes paid time off, meal discounts, and additional perks for full-time employees such as health insurance and retirement plans. Overall, the Dishwasher position offers a valuable starting point in the hospitality industry with room for advancement and skill development.
