Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- No related work experience required
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and basic food safety concepts
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods during shifts
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Availability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Satisfactory attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of sanitation procedures including basic concepts of food safety
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Washes dishes by hand or uses dishwashing machine
- Cleans and sanitizes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- Sweeps, mops, cleans, and vacuums floors
- Removes trash and garbage to designated areas
- Cleans equipment using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards
- Restocks supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials
- Assists with basic set-up and break-down tasks as directed
- Attends work and shows up for scheduled shifts on time
