Job Qualifications

- previous restaurant or dishwashing experience is helpful but not required
Job Duties
- Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment throughout the shift
- keep the dish area clean, organized, and stocked
- support Back of House team members during busy evening hours
- follow food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
- help close down and reset the kitchen at the end of the night
- work with urgency, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude
