Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen sanitation preferred
- ability to work full-time Saturday to Tuesday
- ability to work flexible hours including potential evenings and weekends
- must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for prolonged periods
- commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
- willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- previous dishwashing experience preferred but not required
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- strong attention to detail
- ability to stand for long periods
- good physical stamina
- ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- reliable and punctual
Job Duties
- washing of all kitchenware and general maintenance of kitchen area cleanliness
- deep cleaning of all major kitchen equipment
- ensuring kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
- assisting with unloading and organizing kitchen deliveries as needed
- adhering to all health and safety regulations
- collaborating with kitchen staff to maintain workflow and cleanliness
- performing additional cleaning tasks during shifts as required
