The role of a PM Dishwasher at Napa Kitchen & Bar Westerville is a vital position within their Back of House Team. Job Duties

  • Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment and manual methods as needed
  • Sort and stack clean dishes and utensils in designated areas for use by kitchen and service staff
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, floors, and garbage disposal areas
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations
  • Assist with basic kitchen tasks such as taking out trash, restocking supplies, and cleaning kitchen equipment as directed
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to the supervisor promptly
  • Adhere to a flexible work schedule to support the operational needs of the establishment
