Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy items up to 50 pounds
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Collect and wash dirty dishes, flatware, pots, and pans using both commercial dishwashers and hand-washing methods
Ensure all kitchen areas are clean, organized, and free from hazards
Maintain sanitation and safety standards in compliance with health regulations
Sort and stack clean dishes
ensure they are stored properly
Assist in maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, including taking out the trash and cleaning floors
Monitor dish machine water temperature levels and detergent supply
Perform routine cleaning of kitchen equipment and report any maintenance needs to management
Help with basic food preparation tasks as required
