Job Requirements
- No prior experience required
- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- High school or equivalent education preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, guests, and hourly staff
- Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Must be able to reach, bend, and frequently lift up to 30 pounds
- Must have the stamina to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
Job Qualifications

- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, guests, and hourly staff
- Knowledge of sanitation and cleaning procedures in restaurant environments
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings
- Basic understanding of food safety standards
- Ability to follow established restaurant policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots, and pans in the restaurant
- Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of all kitchens and food preparation areas including ovens, grills, stoves, hoods, fryers, preparation slicers, steam kettles, tables, and floors
- Assist culinary staff during special requests or priorities as directed by Executive Chef or Sous Chef
- Fulfill daily cleaning of kitchen and equipment after hours
- Operate efficiently and professionally within the restaurant with respect, teamwork, and initiative
- Maintain clean and organized workstations adhering to the restaurant’s philosophy and standards
- Communicate effectively with management, guests, and staff to represent the restaurant professionally
