The role offered is for a Dishwasher/Utility staff member at Red Lobster. This position is integral to maintaining the cleanliness and operational efficiency of the restaurant. As a Dishwasher/Utility team member, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. Operating dishwashing machinery and other equipment safely and correctly will be part of your daily tasks, ensuring high standards of hygiene and kitchen functionality. Additionally, this role requires you to empty kitchen waste and keep all areas of the restaurant clean and well-maintained.

Beyond cleaning duties, the Dishwasher/Utility worker plays a supportive role by assisting cooks with food preparation tasks, including making the restaurant’s signature Cheddar Bay Biscuits. Teamwork is emphasized, with a focus on attentiveness to both colleagues and customers to enhance the overall dining experience. This position involves physical demands such as the ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds. You will be expected to stand for the duration of an 8 to 12 hour shift, necessitating good stamina and physical endurance.
