Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with others
- capability to stand and move for up to four hours continuously
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- willingness to work in hot and damp environments
- ability to wear protective gloves and masks for entire shift
- frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap
- commitment to workplace safety and hygiene
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is a plus
- strong communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
- physical stamina and dexterity
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Duties
- clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and utensils
- maintain cleanliness of back of house areas
- assist with general cleaning and sanitation
- operate dishwashing equipment
- support kitchen staff as needed
- handle waste disposal and recycling according to protocols
- adhere to health and safety guidelines
