This role is based at CINTAS HQ in Mason, and it offers a full-time position with weekday morning shifts. The pay range for this dishwasher position is between $17.00 and $18.50 per hour, reflecting competitive compensation suited for entry-level candidates who are committed to maintaining high sanitation and cleanliness standards in food service settings. Sodexo’s dishwasher position plays a crucial role in supporting kitchen operations by washing dishes, sanitizing work areas, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of kitchen and facility environments to ensure compliance with food safety standards. Duties include cleaning equipment, utensils, floors, walls, refrigerators, and storage spaces, as well as waste removal and supply re-stocking.

The dishwasher works closely with the culinary and facilities teams to uphold hygienic practices, using specific chemicals to meet sanitary requirements and contributing to a smooth workflow through basic set-up and break-down activities. This position requires physical endurance, such as walking or standing for extended periods, and frequent lifting of moderate weights up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
