Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Wash, store, and stock all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment to ensure sufficient quantities are on hand and ready to serve guests
  • Assist in spot cleaning floors, carpeting, walls, and other furnishings to maintain a safe and pleasing environment
  • Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment according to safety and sanitation standards
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to coordinate cleaning needs
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen and dining area operations
  • Follow all health and safety regulations to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness
  • Support set-up and clean-up activities in both the interior and exterior restaurant areas
