Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for long periods

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen sanitation role preferred

Job Duties
- Wash, store, and stock all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment to ensure sufficient quantities are on hand and ready to serve guests
- Assist in spot cleaning floors, carpeting, walls, and other furnishings to maintain a safe and pleasing environment
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment according to safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to coordinate cleaning needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen and dining area operations
- Follow all health and safety regulations to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness
- Support set-up and clean-up activities in both the interior and exterior restaurant areas
