Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to effectively communicate with others
- Physically able to stand and move for up to four hours
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Comfortable working in hot and damp environments
- Ability to wear protective gloves and face coverings throughout shift
- Able to use disinfectant cleaning supplies safely
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job
- Commitment to workplace safety and hygiene
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and kitchenware
- Ensure back-of-house areas are clean and sanitary
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with general cleaning tasks including floors and trash removal
- Handle kitchen tools and cleaning supplies properly
- Follow health and safety standards strictly
