Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
Ability to follow sanitation and safety guidelines
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Physical capability to handle repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
Good communication skills

Job Qualifications

Previous dishwashing experience preferred
Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure

Job Duties

Clean all prep equipment according to sanitation requirements
Clean silverware, glassware, and dishes promptly and thoroughly
Keep the dish pit organized and clean
Assist kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the line and prep areas
Work at a fast pace to ensure timely table turnover
Maintain a sanitary work environment
Follow all safety and hygiene standards
