Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- No related work experience required
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures including basic food safety principles
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods throughout entire shifts
- Capability to reach, bend, stoop, push and pull frequently
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Punctuality and reliable attendance for scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures including basic concepts of food safety
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness
- Good physical stamina for standing or walking for long periods
- Willingness to work varying shifts and flexible hours
Job Duties
- Washes dishes by hand or places them in a dishwashing machine
- Cleans and sanitizes worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
- Sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors
- Removes trash and garbage to designated areas
- Cleans equipment using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards
- Restocks supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials
- Assists with basic setup and breakdown tasks as directed
