Job Duties
- Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils
- wash dishes and pots by hand or machine, polish silverware
- sweep, mop, and clean floors, dispose of trash in designated areas
- wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- transfer supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas
- attend work and report for scheduled shifts on time consistently
- perform other assigned tasks varying by account and client needs
