Job Duties
- Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils
- Wash dishes and pots by hand or machine and polish cutlery
- Sweep, mop floors and dispose of trash in designated areas
- Clean work tables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Attend work and arrive on scheduled shift on time with sufficient regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business needs and client requirements
