- wash pots, pans, utensils, and dishes thoroughly
- maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and kitchen equipment
- organize and stack clean dishes for service
- dispose of trash and recycling properly
- adhere to health and safety regulations
- assist kitchen staff with basic tasks as needed
- operate dishwashing machinery efficiently
