Joining our team as a Dishwasher offers an exciting opportunity to be an essential part of our kitchen operations. This role is foundational for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards critical to the success and smooth functioning of our kitchens. The Dishwasher position involves operating dishwashing machines, manually cleaning pots and pans, as well as utensils, and ensuring that all cooking equipment is sanitized according to health regulations. Our Dishwasher team members are key contributors to overall kitchen efficiency. Job Duties
- Operate dishwashing machines and manually wash pots, pans, and utensils
- ensure that all dishes and cooking equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety regulations
- properly sort and stack clean dishes and utensils for easy access by kitchen staff
- regularly maintain dishwashing equipment, report any malfunctions or maintenance needs, and communicate any supply needs to management
- dispose of trash and recycling as needed, keeping the kitchen area clean and organized
- support kitchen staff by assisting with food prep tasks when not washing dishes
- follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
