Job Duties
- Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Wash dishes and pots by hand or using machines and polish cutlery
- Sweep, mop, and clean floors and remove trash to designated areas
- Wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas such as pantry and dishroom
- Attend scheduled shifts on time and maintain regular attendance
- Perform additional tasks as assigned depending on business needs and client requirements
