Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- no related work experience required
- knowledge of sanitation procedures including basic concepts of food safety
- ability to walk or stand for long periods during shifts that may exceed 8 hours
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, and/or pull
- ability to frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 50 pounds
- punctuality and regular attendance during scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of sanitation procedures including basic concepts of food safety
- ability to walk or stand for extended periods
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, or pull
- ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Washes dishes by hand or places them in a dishwashing machine
- cleans and sanitizes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- sweeps, mops, cleans, and vacuums floors
- removes trash and garbage to designated areas
- cleans equipment using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards
- re-stocks supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials
- attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
