Job Duties
- wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwasher or by hand
- maintain clean and orderly kitchen and dining areas
- collect and transport trash and waste to disposal area
- sanitize kitchen surfaces and equipment regularly
- assist kitchen staff with basic prep work
- ensure dishwashing equipment is in proper working order
- follow all health and safety regulations
