We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as part-time Dishwashers in the restaurant. You will operate industrial dishwashing equipment, manage waste disposal efficiently, and support the kitchen team's activities by maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. The position pays $15.00 per hour and includes the added incentive of a quarterly attendance bonus of 3%, rewarding punctuality and consistent attendance.

Job Duties

  • Ensure the kitchen area is clean, well maintained and organized at all times
  • Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times
  • Operate pot-washing machinery and maintain a hygienic working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards
  • Collect and remove trash from all areas of the operation
  • Carry out general cleaning as directed to include sweeping, mopping, washing, emptying of rubbish bins and boxes ensuring placement in the correct containers
  • Clean and sanitize pots, pans, utensils, dishes and other minor equipment routinely used
  • Wash, wipe, sort, and stack dishes, and load/unload dishwasher in an organized and safe manner
