Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid Food Handlers Certificate
- Previous experience in dishwashing or a similar role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
- Time management skills
- Hands-on experience with industrial washing machines
- Food Handlers Certificate required
- Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Follow all health department regulations and company food safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment by efficiently operating the dishwashing machine, washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash
- Keep the dishwash station organized and well-maintained, following all cleaning and sanitation procedures
- Sort and store all dishes, glassware and utensils as needed
- Maintain a tidy workspace by sweeping and washing the floors
- Assist the kitchen staff by providing clean dishes and utensils as needed to ensure smooth operations
