This ethical framework, alongside business excellence, positions the company as a leader in the restaurant industry, recognized repeatedly with awards such as the Monitor 200 Top 50 Franchisees in the U.S. for four consecutive years and the International Franchise Association’s Franchisee of the Year in 2022 for outstanding local community service.

The role requires attention to detail and teamwork, as collaboration with all restaurant areas is necessary to meet business needs and create a positive environment for guests and fellow Outbackers. The company values hard work, dedication, and leadership potential, offering growth opportunities such as the Shift Leader program and on-the-job training to support career advancement. Additionally, this position is designed with flexibility in mind, accommodating varying schedules to fit employees’ lifestyles.

Paid sick leave conforms with California laws, and after 90 days of employment, employees are granted a paid day off. Other perks include meal discounts, an employee assistance program, and the closing of the restaurant on holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas to allow employees valuable time with family and friends.
