Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus
knowledge of cleanliness and sanitation standards
ability to follow safety protocols
strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
supporting the cooks with prep work and preparation of signature Cheddar Bay biscuits
focusing on the team and guests to ensure a high-quality experience
following all cleanliness and safety protocols
