Job Duties
- Operate industrial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and heavy cookware
- Maintain a clean and organized dish area, including sweeping, mopping floors, and emptying trash regularly
- Assist the culinary team with light prep work and ensure all stations are stocked with clean items throughout service
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper chemical usage and handling hot equipment safely
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by maintaining efficient dish flow
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues with dishwashing equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate timely cleaning and prep tasks
