Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to operate commercial dishwashing equipment
adherence to health and safety regulations
reliable and punctual
strong work ethic
ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

No prior experience required, but previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus
ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
reliable, organized, and able to maintain cleanliness standards
must be reliable and able to consistently meet shift start times
positive and committed to supporting the kitchen team

Job Duties

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment
organize and store clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in their proper places
maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including sweeping and mopping floors
dispose of trash and recycling according to kitchen protocols
assist with other cleaning tasks as needed, including wiping down surfaces and taking out trash
monitor dishwashing supplies and report needs to the Kitchen Manager
follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and clean working environment
communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth workflow
perform additional tasks as assigned
