The Dishwasher role at Sodexo is a vital position within the food service operations, based at THE SHELL-BAYSIDE PERFORMANCE PARK. This part-time position offers a competitive pay rate of $22.50 per hour. The dishwasher is responsible for supporting the kitchen and service teams by maintaining a constant supply of clean dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. This role requires a strong focus on cleanliness, sanitation, and operational flow, ensuring that the dishwashing area and assigned workstations are kept in top condition throughout the day. The working hours vary, with a preference for candidates who have open availability to accommodate different shifts and service times.

In this role, you will operate dishwashing machines and manual washing stations in compliance with strict sanitation standards, ensuring that all serviceware is thoroughly cleaned and stored properly for reuse. You will also assist in waste management by removing trash, food waste, and recyclables from the dishroom. This physically demanding position requires the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 40 pounds occasionally and regularly up to 35 pounds. Reliability and punctuality are crucial, as consistent attendance and timely arrival for scheduled shifts are expected to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
