Job Qualifications
- ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members

- previous maintenance experience preferred but not required
- adherence to dress guidelines and professional appearance
- able to work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends
- at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware, and glassware
- operate dishwashing equipment safely and correctly
- use cleaning chemicals in proper quantities for safety and cost control
- empty trash and maintain trash cans
- assist kitchen staff with prep, line maintenance, and cleaning tasks as needed
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen storage areas and work spaces
- handle all dishware and glassware carefully to prevent breakage
