Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged preferred
- one year or more fine dining or restaurant experience preferred
- ability to read, write and understand english to communicate with employees, residents and guests
- sufficient manual dexterity of hands and arms to use all kitchen equipment
- ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push and pull continuously without sitting for extended periods
- ability to lift or carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- operate and maintain the dishwashing machine safely and efficiently
- ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- handle and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly
- assist kitchen staff as needed while maintaining hygiene standards
- comply with safety and sanitation regulations
- support the dining team by managing dish flow during meal service
- follow The Sterling Touch(R) service standards
