The position of Dishwasher at Grand Living is essential to supporting the overall dining experience, contributing significantly to the high standards of cleanliness and service that are central to the brand’s promise. This full-time role operates on a Friday to Thursday schedule, working an 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM shift. Under the supervision of the Executive Chef, the Dishwasher ensures the timely, safe, and efficient cleaning of dishes and utensils using state-of-the-art dishwashing equipment. The role demands an organized and clean dish area maintained with rigorous attention to detail and executed with The Sterling Touch(R) standards of service excellence.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged preferred
- one year or more fine dining or restaurant experience preferred
- ability to read, write and understand english to communicate with employees, residents and guests
- sufficient manual dexterity of hands and arms to use all kitchen equipment
- ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push and pull continuously without sitting for extended periods
- ability to lift or carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds

- operate and maintain the dishwashing machine safely and efficiently

- comply with safety and sanitation regulations
- support the dining team by managing dish flow during meal service
- follow The Sterling Touch(R) service standards
