The Dishwasher/Utility team member plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the restaurant. This role involves thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing dishware, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and all cooking utensils, ensuring every item is spotless and ready for use. The Dishwasher/Utility must operate dishwashing equipment safely and correctly while also assisting in the upkeep of all restaurant areas to maintain a clean and welcoming environment. This position supports the kitchen team by helping with prep work, including the preparation of Red Lobster's signature Cheddar Bay biscuits. The role requires teamwork and attention to detail, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and adherence to cleanliness and safety protocols. Job Duties

  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
  • Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
  • Safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
  • Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
  • Working as one kitchen, by supporting the cooks with prep work, preparation of our signature cheddar bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed
  • Focusing on your team and guests - every decision made should always have the guest and team in mind
  • Following all cleanliness and safety protocols
