Job Duties
- Wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment
- maintain sparkling clean restrooms
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- support kitchen staff by ensuring timely availability of cleaned items
- maintain a clean and safe dishwashing area
- follow health and safety regulations
- assist with general cleaning tasks as needed
