Job Requirements

Must be 18 years old
high school diploma or equivalent preferred
able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs, up to 20 times per shift
ability to stand for 100% of shift
ability to work in a damp, hot environment frequently
ability to use kitchen machinery such as slicers
able to hold items with hands for extended periods weighing up to 5 lbs
able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Loads, runs and unloads the dish machine following Ruby Tuesday procedures
keeps the dish machine clean and reports any functional or mechanical problems immediately
washes and stores all tableware and kitchenware
maintains adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen
keeps dish area clean and organized
bags and hauls dish room trash to dumpster at designated times
maintains adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies
cleans and maintains the cleanliness of carpeted and non-carpeted floors according to Ruby Tuesday standards and procedures
maintains clean, stocked, and sanitary restrooms through regular restroom checks
cleans, rolls, and unrolls kitchen mats
sweeps up trash around exterior of restaurant
decks scrubs walkways and back dock area
responsible for the set-up, cleanliness, and organization of the work area before, during, and after every shift
follows HOH Cleaning Program and AM Utility Programs
may assist in cleaning and preparing foods for cooking as directed
other responsibilities as assigned
