Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, push, pull, grasp, squat, reach above and below shoulder level
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to operate dishwashing equipment
- Basic knowledge of sanitation and safety standards

Job Duties
- Operates a dish machine to wash dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware and food service equipment
- Sets up and cleans dish machine area
- Checks temperatures and soap dispensing levels
- Stores clean equipment and utensils
- Assists in maintaining preparation and service areas in a sanitary condition
- Empties garbage to dump site
- Sweeps and mops floors
- Perform all other work-related duties as assigned by the Casino Shift Manager
