Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, push, pull, grasp, squat, reach above and below shoulder level

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to operate dishwashing equipment
Basic knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
Good physical stamina and reliability

Job Duties

Operates a dish machine to wash dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware and food service equipment
Sets up and cleans dish machine area
Checks temperatures and soap dispensing levels
Stores clean equipment and utensils
Assists in maintaining preparation and service areas in a sanitary condition
Empties garbage to dump site
Sweeps and mops floors
Perform all other work-related duties as assigned by the Casino Shift Manager
