The position offered is a Full-Time Non-Management role within the Food and Beverage and Culinary category, specifically within the housekeeping and kitchen operations. Job Duties
- operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dishwashing machines and trash compactors
- wash and disinfect kitchen and storeroom areas, tools, knives, and equipment
- receive deliveries and properly store perishables
- rotate stock and ensure clean wares are stored appropriately
- use cleaning chemicals in the 3-compartment sink to clean dishes
- inspect and rewash soiled items as needed
- breakdown dirty bus tubs and maintain trash and dumpster areas
- clean and mop all assigned department areas
- dispose of glass properly and recycle cardboard and other waste
- report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
- follow all safety and security policies and procedures
- stand, walk, lift, carry, bend, and perform other physical tasks as required
- support team goals and maintain positive working relationships
