Job Duties

operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dishwashing machines and trash compactors
wash and disinfect kitchen and storeroom areas, tools, knives, and equipment
receive deliveries and properly store perishables
rotate stock and ensure clean wares are stored appropriately
use cleaning chemicals in the 3-compartment sink to clean dishes
inspect and rewash soiled items as needed
breakdown dirty bus tubs and maintain trash and dumpster areas
clean and mop all assigned department areas
dispose of glass properly and recycle cardboard and other waste
report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
follow all safety and security policies and procedures
stand, walk, lift, carry, bend, and perform other physical tasks as required
support team goals and maintain positive working relationships
