Job Duties
- Wash pots, pans, cutlery and plates to ensure cleanliness and readiness for next use
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness by properly disposing of waste and cleaning work areas
- Monitor dishwasher machines and equipment to ensure proper operation
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food-prep tasks and organization when needed
- Follow health and safety regulations related to cleanliness and sanitation
- Support the team by communicating effectively and pitching in as needed
- Adhere to company standards for quality and service
