Job Requirements
- Minimum six months prior dishwashing experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Experience using commercial dishwashing equipment and manual pot washing
- Understanding of sanitation standards and health codes
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Access to a smartphone and email
- Reliable transportation to various Los Angeles locations
- Required attire includes plain black t-shirt, black pants, and black non-slip shoes
Job Qualifications

- Ability to safely operate commercial dishwashing equipment including industrial machines
- Knowledge of sanitation standards, health codes, proper chemical use, and cross-contamination prevention
- Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans with proactiveness and close attention to detail
- Spot leftover food, grease, or lipstick marks
- Anticipate kitchen needs by restocking plates before they run out
- Prioritize washing order during busy periods
- Assist with basic prep or cleaning tasks when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations and equipment
- Follow all health and sanitation guidelines
