- Previous experience in food service or working with Kupuna preferred
- Ability to work under direction and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to perform kitchen duties
- Commitment to adhering to food safety standards

- Ability to follow dietary guidelines and instructions

- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- Set up, wash dishes, and collect food trays for guests as needed
- Support all activities in the kitchen and dining areas under the direction of the Dietary Manager
- Ensure the quality of meals served meets nutritional standards
- Provide quality service to Kupuna with attention to special dietary requirements
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and safety in food preparation areas
- Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional dining experience
- Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food service
