The position available within this esteemed organization is for a Dietary Aide / Cook Assistant, a role pivotal to enhancing the daily lives of their Kupuna, or elderly population, through nutritional care. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving delicious, nutritious meals that meet the dietary requirements specific to the elderly clients they serve. This role involves direct involvement in daily kitchen operations, supporting the dietary manager to ensure all activities in the kitchen and dining areas run smoothly and efficiently. Duties include setting up meal stations, washing dishes, and collecting food trays, all performed with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety. The Dietary Aide / Cook Assistant contributes not only to food preparation but also plays a crucial role in delivering a quality service experience, ensuring every meal supports the health and preferences of the Kupuna in a respectful and caring manner. Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service or working with Kupuna preferred
  • Ability to work under direction and as part of a team
