The Steward (Part-Time) role is a vital support position within the Food and Beverage department at Four Seasons. This role is designed for individuals committed to ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all food service areas. The Steward contributes to the seamless operation of the kitchen and dining outlets through meticulous cleaning and maintenance of dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and facilities. Working with industrial dish machines and handling cleaning chemicals safely are key parts of the daily responsibilities.

This position requires reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and guests. Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine
  • maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities
  • clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
  • maintain the silver polishing program
  • utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner
