- ability to walk or stand for entire shift
- Maricopa County Food Handlers permit
- must be comfortable around industrial size dish machines
- ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and guests
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent experience
- strong communication skills between co-workers and guests
- ability to learn operation of industrial size dish machines
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine
- maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities
- clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- maintain the silver polishing program
- utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner
