Old Chicago is currently hiring Dishwashers immediately for part-time or full-time positions, offering a highly competitive rate of pay with additional benefits. Dishwashers play a vital role in maintaining the efficient operation of the kitchen by ensuring all pots, pans, cooking equipment, utensils, and service ware are clean, sanitized, and ready for use. The dishwasher position is critical to the success of the restaurant, as clean kitchen tools and equipment contribute directly to food safety and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be reliable, efficient, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment while supporting their teammates both in the back of house and throughout the restaurant.

Dishwashers at Old Chicago will be responsible for operating dish machines and hand washing various kitchen equipment using company-approved techniques. They will maintain the dish area, equipment, and chemical supplies, ensuring all comply with cleanliness and safety standards throughout their shift. They are also responsible for changing dish machine chemicals, water, and managing the three-compartment sink as needed, guaranteeing that machines are functioning properly and chemical levels are correct.
