The Dishwasher/Utility role at Red Lobster is a vital part of maintaining the smooth operation of each restaurant. Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant
  • clean and sanitize all dishes, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
  • operate dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly
  • empty all kitchen and other area trash
  • work as a team supporting cooks with prep work, making Cheddar Bay Biscuits, and other tasks as needed
  • focus on the team and guests by making decisions with customer and team in mind
  • follow all cleaning and safety protocols
